Hyphen Blue is a small, targeted, team built around our knowledge of private and public sector partnership. Each member of our team brings something unique.

Sarah has developed an international reputation for implementing, and leading new prison mobilisatoins and shared service managemetn in the Public Sector. Her success in these area has its foundation in 30 years of developing and leading high performing teams.
She has a broad skill set which includes: Programme Management, strategic development, Lean Process Reviews, visual performance management, ERP Implementation, meeting facilitation and Shared Service Creation. She is also a successful bid writer and business development professional.

Programme Manager for Mobilisation of HMP Fosse Way
Programme Lead for a programme that delivered over £54million in savings for UK Police Forces, and the development of a team that won a European Award for Shared Services.

Robyn brings a mix of Research, Business Psychology, Communication and Statistical Analysis. Also a qualified teacher, she has experienced in designing and delivering training to colleagues and volunteers in both the public and third sectors.
A member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists, she is also an accredited practitioner of the Organisational Cultural Inventory and Organisational Effectiveness Inventory, which Hyphen Blue uses to help organisations with cultural change.
Robyn is Smartsheet Core Product Certified, using this versatile tool to build collaborative programme management systems to offer real-time data and information across organisations.

Claire brings 20 years of HR knowledge and expertise. She is a certified UK General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner, with experience working as everything from HR Officer, Senior HR Officer, Delivery Manager, Business Process Improvement Lead and HR Subject Matter Expert for Cheshire Constabulary.
Most recently, before joining Hyphen Blue, Claire was HR Operations Manager at Wejo, giving her fantastic first-hand experience working at every level of HR across the public and private sectors.
This gives Claire an understanding of the day to day issues staff face, giving her empathy alongside the ability to question and push to achieve real progress and value for our clients.

Rachael graduated from The University of Chester in 2020 with a First Class degree in Creative Writing with English Language (BA Hons). She has experience, spanning the public and private sectors, in tender writing, social media strategy, content writing, communications and engagement.
Rachael joined Hyphen Blue in 2022 and is our resident SmartSheet expert, helping to manage project plans and create online solutions for clients.
She is an indespensible part of Hyphen Blue and is working towards becoming a full Consultant with Hyphen Blue.
